Delete your data

You can delete your Instagram data from AI Growth at any time, in any of these ways. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. Disconnect in the app

Sign in, go to Instagram and choose Disconnect. We immediately delete your Instagram access key, every reading we stored and every Instagram analysis.

2. Remove our app in Instagram

In Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove AI Growth. Meta tells us, and we delete the same data automatically. If you asked Meta to delete your data, Meta gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

3. Delete your whole account

To delete your AI Growth account and everything in it (account, business details, website facts, Instagram data and analyses), email famforma.ai@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We confirm and complete it within 30 days.
